Recording Responsibly

You are responsible for how you record. Laws on recording conversations vary by location, and some require the consent of everyone involved. You agree to obtain any consent required where you are and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the conversations you choose to record.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Transcripts and summaries are generated by AI and are estimates that may contain errors, omissions, or misattributions. They are provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not rely on the Service as the sole record for important decisions; verify anything that matters against the original conversation.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription through an app store, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that app store under its terms. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices and plans may change with notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummaryThis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
